This creamy Oreo fudge recipe combines the rich flavors of white chocolate, marshmallow fluff, and crushed Oreos for a decadent treat. Perfect for sharing, this easy-to-make fudge offers a smooth and velvety texture balanced with the crunchy Oreo pieces, chilled and set to perfection.

Ingredients

Fudge Base

  • 1 (7-ounce) jar Marshmallow Fluff
  • 2½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Mix-ins

  • 20 Oreos, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking and for easy removal of the fudge after it sets.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, sugar, heavy cream, and salt. Heat the mixture over medium heat while stirring constantly until it reaches a rolling boil.
  3. Add Fluff and Chocolate: Reduce the heat to low and stir in the marshmallow fluff and white chocolate chips until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  4. Incorporate Oreos: Remove the saucepan from heat and gently fold in the crushed Oreos to evenly distribute throughout the fudge mixture.
  5. Pour and Chill: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface with a spatula. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Serve: Once set, cut the fudge into squares and serve chilled for best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean-up of the fudge.
  • Ensure stirring constantly during heating to prevent burning and to dissolve sugar completely.
  • White chocolate chips should be high quality for the creamiest texture.
  • Crush Oreos roughly for varied texture rather than fine crumbs.
  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator to keep it fresh.
  • For a nut variation, add chopped walnuts or pecans along with Oreos.
